Duties: As Store Inventory Merchandiser, reordered new merchandise; completely restocked display tables every week; coordinated tasks with store manager, regional inventory manager, and store staff of 20 employees; maintained inter-office and inter-company communication.

Also, performed retail customer service duties such as register operation, cash handling, and answering customer questions in store and on phone; stocked material; assessed and bought used material from the public.

Duties: Co-wrote 13 episodes of an audio program that were featured on the internet and college radio. Other duties involved directing a cast of 11 actors, managing a technical staff of 5, team building, technical troubleshooting, and basic digital audio recording and editing.

Duties: Developed setting and character material for a table-top role-playing game licensed from a popular Chinese martial-arts graphic-novel series. Designed entire city-setting for adventures to take place in, as well as the characters and conflicts the players may encounter, which comprises 1/3 of the completed text for The Weapons of the Gods Companion.  Researched Chinese history, culture, religion, and folklore.

Duties: Reviewed 10 to 20 short story submissions a week to judge appropriateness for publication in the magazine.  Coordinated with writers throughout the editing process.

Duties: Wrote copy for magazine, such as captions and sidebars for features; carried out editorial research, which included phone interviews and library fact-finding; and wrote reviews and articles.
